Spring AAU Basketball Program Overview

Spring AAU season is a competitive-high commitment team experience for players who are dedicated to improvement and team success. Teams practice during the week and play in tournaments on the weekend, generally located in Westchester, New Jersey, or Long Island.

Our AAU basketball program demands a serious commitment and targets dedicated players who seek high-level coaching and strong competition. Players should embrace feedback and understand that coaches assign playing time based on performance and team dynamics. Players training 2-3 times per week and compete in one-day, weekend, or three-day tournaments. Most tournaments are mandatory and take place outside New York City. Families should plan to travel to Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or other nearby areas.

Tryouts will determine the team level for each player. See below for a breakdown of each level:

EVERY PLAYER is required to register and attend tryouts. There is a $25 tryout fee and players will receive their own reversible numbered jersey.
