Coaches running this program include – Mark McCarroll, Josh Watkins, and Richard Williams. All workouts are intensive. This is a program geared for the serious player.

Middle School and High School season preparation: on court skill development workouts, vertimax (speed, strength and agility) training, full body conditioning.

Intensive individual skill development with the express goal of getting players to the next level – whatever that may be for each participant. Making a JV or Varsity team, perfecting skills for an upcoming season, desire to develop the strength and conditioning necessary to play at the next level – whatever your basketball goals are, if you are willing to put in the work then we PROMISE this is the program for you!

Times: 7:45- 8:55pm West Side
Early/Mid March – Mid June


East Side

Location: Windward School (212 E 93rd Street, btn 2nd & 3rd Ave)

Ages/Times: 12 – 15yrs – 7:00-8:00PM

West Side

Location: BSNY HQ 210 W 91st (btn Amsterdam & Broadway)

Ages/Times: 12 – 15yrs – 6:40-7:55 PM
